Normally, I’m not a huge fan of gewurztraminer, but this was awesome with double-cooked pork belly.

This wine Tastes almost buttery, peace and pear with a smooth but young finish. I compared it to the 2009 which had a deeper buttery finish. Extraordinary wine as it doesn't taste at all like the German Variety.
