Pale lemon with stone and citrus fruit aromas, spice and floral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe fruit peaches and pears with citrus zest and pepper tones. Medium+ finish, good balance with lively acidity, rich mouthfeel ending with fruit, spice and floral character.

We were looking for a nice Italian white with pasta Aug 2021 and chose this Pinot Bianca. The aroma was very good and suggested a floral taste. It was smooth, relatively dry and had a taste of pear or peach; nonetheless it was excellent and went well with beef carpaccio, fried calamari and beautiful pasta. A new discovery and will try again to decide re adding to our general stock. Suggest trying.
