Proprietor Selected Special Cuvée Mendocino Sauvignon Blanc

Clean and collected. Aromatics are a whisper - and purely terroir driven. Stones, petrichor, and honeydew. Palate opens slightly, but remains reserved. Reminds one more of Loire then CA.

Crisp and super light. I am really enjoying this wine.

This is a real bummer. I liked the Cab - this just doesn't have a lot of pizazz
