Really interesting, only the 2nd Pecorino I've had, this one blows it away though, it was open in the fridge for a week & only got better.

Absolutely stunning. Cloudy golden color. Beautiful yellow fruit, slight saline mineral tone and a great toasty almond/marzipan element and perfect Meyer lemon acid lift. 💛

Wacky wine that dances along the razor's edge between too much funk and beauty. It became more precise with air and at its peak had a wonderful bruised golden apple quality. I believe the texture on the palate came from a minor amount of skin contact.
