Immediate nose of algae and essence of sea(weed). Tastes of sea-air, tinged with grapefruit, lime, and a suggestion of Stachelbeere. Lively acidity. Different from other Sauvignon Blancs in a good way. Should pair well with any seafood or raw seagull.
