Meh. Every sweet sherry tastes like knockoff Harvey’s to me. I’ll stick with fino, please, and drink Harvey’s when I want sweet.

Perfect alternative to a Sauternes.

My first time with a Sherry and I'm not disappointed! If like me you're new to the scene, "cream" simply means a sweet, dessert Sherry (there is no dairy in it). Raisiny and sweet, very similar to a tawny port. A bit softer, though, not as harsh as your entry level port offerings (i.e. Fonseca Bin 27).

Very sweet sherry with a clean finish. Would be good paired with a bitter chocolate dessert especially with raspberries
