In honour of Frédéric Henry, owner of wineshop Mes Bourgognes in Beaune who suddenly died last Friday. Today at his funeral I decided to visit his favorite restaurant La Dilettante and ordered his favorite wine…. Pierre Overnoy. Enjoy life dear winefriends….it is moving fast. ❤️
