1996 - screamed 1996 - acidity on this still very present good fruit but not yet out of its primary state. I'm not giving up on this just yet as there is still plenty of fruit - revisit 5 years

Jesus that was tasty. Layers of complexity, very floral, with balanced earthiness and smooth texture, though the toughness of the vintage does show. #jayer
