Napa Valley Merlot

Thick but well balanced. 10 years in and the fruit was still lively but tannins were chilled out.

Smooth, balanced. Fruit and wood. Full flavored, strong merlot. Will drink again.

Nice Merlot from Wagner Family.

The only Wagner wine that deserves the price tag, in my opinion. Beautifully soft entry and finish, very right-bank-ish on the nose but with very high extraction (it is a Wagner product afterall). Dense dark cherry and a mouthfeel that hits all the right spots. Very nice actually, I just wish it was a bit cheaper.
