First very light manzania Sherry and apple tones turning into a longer sour and dry lemon peel tone, the acidity strikes late and a bitterness is in the long dry finish. A very different wine superdry taste like andalucia and Sherry as well. Great as an aperitif but with some balenciaga almonds the wines turns fresher and the bitterness turns into a perfect long harmony. Air changes the wine a lot taking away the closed damp smell and turns up the sourness which is nice and needed
