Ripe, but opened up with earthy notes after an hour. Strawberry and mushroom notes on the nose. Butterscotch and ripe strawberry on the palate. Slight acid at the end. Nice.

Dark red slightly over oaked. Candied cherry smoke? Or sandalwood. bakers chocolate. Woody on tongue good full structure medium finish. Candy strawberry and cherry flavored come through. Little tough. Might wait for next bottle.
