I really like what Evening Land does in general and their Pinots in particular. Lovely nose with some good cherry. Balanced mouthfeel with good dark red fruit and some nice herby notes. Acid is medium but works well to hold it together and the persistence is good. Really quite enjoyable. — a month ago
Beautiful ruby color. Quite light on the finish but has notes of fruit leather, plum, raspberry jam. Fruit forward — 2 months ago
Beautiful balance of bright cherry, forest floor, hints of thyme/herbs, and brambly red fruit. Drinking well 11 years in. — a month ago
Nice one! Opened up after some time! Full bloom of cherries red fruit and rounded profile. Served at lunch with Ma Lewis in Newport and very well received. — a month ago
2023 vintage. PNP. Complicated stuff and not for the uninitiated. Needed at least two hours open/an hour in a decanter. Light body with dirt, earth, shrooms, orange peel so not exactly plushy. Would love to catch this in a half-decade. Pricing was under $25 USD a bottle resto cost on three cases but too far to the right to appeal to the masses or thereabouts even when it "comes around." 01.21.25. — 2 months ago

Ruby red with aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and plum. On the bud, baking spices, blueberry, cinnamon, and a nice balance and medium finish. — a day ago
