This wine is always a treat even though it is quite different from vintage to vintage. This bottling is really DRY and more precise than previous iterations. The wine's core has dried ginger with a whiff of floral aromatics that softens it perfectly. Delicious!

Pale butter yellow with a green hue and pleasantly cloudy. Very bright in flavor, lots of yeastiness, savory, and high acid. Really fun.
