Ermes Pavese
Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle Prié Blanc

Really benefitted from long slow ox/decant. Nose of fresh hay. Acidity that tempered out. Terrific freshness & depth. Minerals, alpine flowers, hint of cream. Lovely wine.

Okay white wine, but quite expensive for something that is not particularly special. There is hardly any nose, and the palette starts out quite mild and indescript, followed by a strong lemon finish. Good, but just not that interesting for $40.
