Okay, so this is good. It doesn’t have the depth and complexity (or finish) to be excellent, but there’s some serious potential here. Pay attention, y’all: mulberry, blackberry, pepper, cinnamon, leather, meat. Get it, girl.

Jun 4th, 2018Texas wine. 40 % carignan, 36 Mourvèdre, 18 petite sirah, 3 each of Syrah and Grenache. On opening, it's light to medium bodied with sour cherry, cigar box, and bright acidity. Initial rating of 87. After two hours it starts to smooth out and show a little more richness to balance out the acid. Some blue fruit also starts to show. Rating 88.

Feb 24th, 2017Light Pinot noir like color. Green pepper on the nose. Well-balanced spice and fruit. A little minerality and brine. Easy drinking. Great Texas wine (probably the best I've had so far) at a good price
