When wine is recommended by the French I tend to listen. This was a vibrant skin contact white with the sharpness of cheddar and a tart sweetness. Like many naturals there’s a faint atmosphere of feet but enough crisp character to make this a fairly enjoyable drink

Unclear this is the right wine as this entry is ewald tscheppe and my bottle is eduard tscheppe. In any case not great. The region is better for sauv blanc by far. Lemon nose crisp no oak. Somewhat floral lingering finish.
