Nice fruit, a little pepper cuts in. Not too sweet or deep. Leaves mouth quickly and a little too acidic. Marries well w/ food like steak or salmon.

Fresh, smooth juicy red fruit. A finish as soft and gentle as a kitten on a feather pillow. Tried again 24 hrs after opening and it has flattened out a lot and lost the juicy freshness.

Very fragrant, lovely berries on nose & palate. Delicate tannins. Perfect with our tagliolini al ragú di carne.
