Jun 24th, 2015From Fabien Jouves Artisan- Organic, 12%Alc 100% Cahors Malbec. It started with blackberry, cherry, violets, and dried pot-pourri, then hints of smoky dates and freshly pealed curcumin. Palate- dusty tannins in a good way, fairly acidic (M to M+) but round. M to M+ body. M+ length.
