3 hour decant(some cloudy sediment). A majestic deep purple color. On the nose: captivating nose of dark berries, baked ham, ground spice, floral and herbal notes. Taste: velvety, rich, big wine but not heavy with dark cherry/plum, leather, gamey, bitter chocolate, and a spiced cedar licorice long finish. YUM!
