The core of the wine was sensational - high toned, intense and hyper focused dark cherry and plum, with the herbs and spice notes still there, adding depth. Beautifully vivid and super expressive. So good with chocolate cake...

Took a minute to open up, but then was excellent - rich, medium leaning full bodied, mild fruit notes.
