This definitely screams sauv blanc in every direction. Light, nearly translucent straw yellow. Grapefruit and pineapple proliferate, but in getting whiffs of tangerine and green apple skins. Very light with low-medium acidity. No noise on the tongue either, just strong sour citrus and some wet stone. It’s refreshing and easy to drink. Total steal for $10.
