Honey, honeysuckle, quince.
Acidity, fullness and oak nicely integrated.

2021/1/11-15 with Marche-style grilled buri and breadcrumbs, etc. Another great Verdicchio - a touch more apple cider-y than many of my favorites (which isn’t surprising), but still with plenty of the intense, pungent, savory mineral character that the best of these wines have. More than merely holding up, it gradually opened and evolved over four days or so - pretty impressive.

A solid Verdicchio, but a bit too fruity and sweet on the finish.

Verdicchio di Jesi. Molto buono, leggermente fruttato rispetto al verdicchio tradizionale.
