Verdicchio di Matelica

Nice wine. Very aromatic with ripe apples, white flowers, peaches, pineapple, orange peel, and lemon zest. Phenolic on finish but refreshing and lingering.

A Verdicchio that manages to be round, leesy and refreshing.

Agree with many of the comments nice acidity, slightly flowery. Would add a subtle trace of fresh fracked almonds on the finish

Green fruits, very crisp, paired well with octopus, lamb and gnocchi.

Floral, minerality, stone fruit, baking spices, good acid, medium length

Great with creamy, rich chicken pasta dish

Bright, citrus, honey and pear. Fresh.

minerally & crisp. reminded me of a gruner.

Flowers and honey on the nose. Medium bodied. Good minerality. Classic Verdicchio.
