2008, this nice Italian wine from camps is is the southern part of Italy is based on Agliancio, it has a currant color, an intense nose full of black cherries, spices, cinnamon and cloves, the wine is full body with an acid structure and firm tannins, a long dry finish. Very rustic in style and needs more time to open up. My score 86, drink 2014-2021

2007. Dark crimson, almost non- transparent but bright and seducing color. Plums, licorice, some leather. Quite big but smooth and fresh. A touch hot. Ready. Would re-taste with open-fire grilled lamb
