Very delicate merlot. On the nose some spice, cinnamon, clove. On the palate plum, blackberry, soft tannins, and a chocolate and oak finish.

I used this in a marinade for a sirloin steak in a merlot balsamic reduction and it added lovely flavors to the steak! #youhadmeatmerlot #perfectpairing #winelife #winepuns
