Minerality, white flower, white peach, delicate rose petals on the nose. Med body, high acid(wow), med p intensity, dry, bitter, yeasty med p finish with hint of green apple aromas. Good for shrimp with cocktail sauce but I drunk with pizza with olive, pomodoro, pancetta. Delicious apprentif. (Bubbles are not that tight, quite dry. Difficult to find residual sugar in this wine)

Tasted like prosecco to me, my palate isn't that refined in this category. No brioche / yeast notes like a champagne.
