Too young. Tannins were still jagged. It did soften after several hours. Floral and licorice notes with less fruit than expected. Needs to cellar for several years.

2009 vintage. Aglianico grape. Cherry, raspberry, tobacco, leather, and licorice. Very fine finish. Excellent.

This one really got my taste buds going with the full buttery smooth finish. Not every bottle is the same but it is great nonetheless.
