Dense red. Cedar spice eucalyptus and red fruit in nose. Plum and cherry in mouth, tobacco and black pepper finish, seed tannin bitterness in aftertaste, slight spritz on tip of tongue. Smooth mouthfeel. Drinkable now. Paired nicely with latest season's version of Top Chef Restaurant Wars

3500' elevation. My favorite of the three Malbecs. Rich, dark fruit, intertwines with mocha, violets, and caramel. A silky mouthfeel and a simply delicious factor put this over the top for the win.

Very enjoyable. Lots of fruit with lots of earth, chocolate, leather... velvety. Very easy to drink, nice dinner wine. Good restaurant pick when various people are having all sorts of food. A crowd pleaser as opposed to a hugely complex wine.
