Bright straw gold color with high intensity bubbles. Nice bouquet of white flowers and orchard fruit. Flavors of red and green apples, crabapples and pears. Crisp acidity and a creamy (though not long lasting) mousse. Just the slightest hint of sweetness. Tangy, clean and refreshing! Thanks for the bottle, Kase!
