Barrel Reserve California Cabernet Sauvignon

Run of the mill Cab. Not bad, mind you, but didn't leave an impression.

Great cheap wine to drink and enjoy. Will be a go to for serving and entertaining.

No. Just no. Grapey... and not in a good way. Too fruity, zero tannin action. Did NOT seem like a cab. :(

Quite sweet up front. Bright sweet red fruit gives way to a bit of darker fruit, with some light toasted oak and tannins in the finish. A bit of a sweet lingering mouthfeel, but not bad for the price. Would make for a popular party wine, methinks.

Fruity. A nice change of pace. Solid.

Very nice light smooth Cabernet I would buy again. Place on the reorder list.

Full fruit flavors, with a robust plum taste. Great for those who prefer a sweeter cab.

Mildly fruity, cherries and raspberries. Not many afternotes. Tart of strawberries. Mildly acidic. Good and well but nothing to write home about.
