Had this with Richard at Plaj. Light-medium bodied, really good funky, yeasty taste. Delicious!!!

Had a delicious smoked ribeye with a suitable BV Tapestry for dinner. Very nice. But we are finishing this hot Atlanta night with a refined Sauvignon Blanc from Flora Springs named Soliloquy. It seems to be a perfect night.

Fantastic sav blanc. Pear, pineapple, and some nice sweetness and acid. Enjoyed with wildcaught salmon and a nice coconut curry. Fantastic pairing.

We're not in Marlborough County anymore, Toto. Forget the cat pee SBs, this is done right. Smooth, soft mineral. Some floral tones. Smells like factory roses. (Flower, not the wine)
