Interesting- super hazy, dark golden color, surface film yet the wine is lovely, dried apricot, hay, bone dry, nice acidity, savory bitterness. #drinkchenin

Dried pineapple with zesty lime and salty rocks. Its well balanced and fresh, oxydation on the palate makes it a little more conplex. Delicious wine. It makes orange wine accessible and fun. Full pleasure

Cali Chenin with some skin contact; preserves all the aromatics of the grape and pretty singular. Very interesting stuff, this.

Skin contact Chenin from California. Needed a little air but pretty enjoyable with chicken & lemon, the lemon giving the wine that touch of acidity it was lacking as per many orange wines.
