Mar 30th, 2016This Frascati is pretty good, It is very dry , perfect with and in the rizotto, I wont use another wine to cook sea food or Italian rizotto . It pairs very well with grana padano, parmesan, asiago and other Italian hard cheeses.

Jan 29th, 2016I think I just found a favorite 😱 very elegant! A mineral sweet scent, mid bodied, great fruit tastes and small hint of almonds!

Nov 5th, 2015Relax. That's what this wine is about. Crisp, refreshing, great on a hot day. It's not about food pairing or complex nuances of tropical fruits you, in truth, have never tasted. A welcome change from boring old Pinot Grigio. Keep it with the stock of vinho verde, Albariño and gruner veltliner for when the same old Chardonnay just doesn't cut it.
