Vinho Verde Old Vines Alvarinho

Medium body beautiful and complex vinho verde. High acidity with floral, honeydew, pineapple, citrusy flavor and long mineral/salty finish... An absolute pleasure and guaranteed you will want more than one bottle. The main difference with the Spanish counterparts it resides ( besides soil ) on the warmer temperatures in the region. That tropical fruit signature is the unique trace that put this Alvarinho on a league of its own...

Really wonderful. Full bodied, wet even, with a round front and clean finish. Lightly honeyed pineapple.

A little bit like a sauv Blanc but not quite as intense. Very crisp! Delicious!

I was expecting a lot more from this acidic and refreshing, but not much character. May I recommend that you drink it slightly warmer than you normally would, you are then able to pick up on more. When it’s a bit warmer you can get some hay and stonefruit, but very subtly
