nice simple white blend with beautiful limestone and schist minerality. fairly neutral on the nose but the palate evokes green apple, citrus, herbaceousness, chamomile, touch of honey, white flowers with a touch of lavender. minerality kinda reminds me of muscadet.

Strange wine. Very little fruit here, but a crazy amount of botanical herbs that reminds me of Chartreuse, jasmine, chamomile, slate, leafy greens, and maybe some spearmint. Not delicious but fascinating none the less. This will get someone out of their comfort zone real quick!
