Love the freshness this year from having been whole cluster pressed rather than skin fermented. Still, nice texture.

Interesting find. Starts off with some serious funk, however that diminished with about 20 mins open. A bit of petrol on the nose, along with white flowers and some beeswax. Fresh persimmon, dried apricot, and citrus oils on the palate. Dry, earthy, and rustic. Doesn't have the acidity to stand up to a lot of foods, however a great example of this varietal which gets very little press in the States.
