This is not the “Caligo” but the standard Collio Sauvignon Blanc. Paired with a spring salad of basil, mint, spring peas, fava beans, and pecorino. The nettle-y alpine flavors went great with the cool, minty spring greens. First course of a tasting menu sommed by yours truly.
