2015 vintage. I got the lemon, some spice like Monterrey chards, apple, and a bit of melon. Some sourness almost akin to the sourness of Chablis. Clean crisp finish.

v.2015 stainless steel & neutral French oak fermentation. Predominantly native yeast strains, full ML fermentation. All Edna Valley AVA, super cool-climate character from the Central Coast of California. Fresh cream and lemon-curd aromas, smooth palate, bright acid, complete. (We grow & make this wine, and it is in heavy rotation at my house.)
