Nose is a little more toasted. Less of a nutty character and more toasted oak. Vanilla on the nose. Pretty harsh at first and finishes better as it sits out. Getting a hint of honey on the back. Delicious.

My first Bourbon after moving to KY was a gift from a new friend, a local, who swears by this stuff. Beautiful mellow with a nose full of wood, spice and vanilla, on the palate it is full yet soft with burnt caramel, orange peel and more wood & spice. Very smooth thru finish without too much heat from ABV

This is almost a pure Japanese style bourbon, or more accurately, an American hakushu.

Smooth and mellow. Missing some of the barrel flavored I like as secondary goings on.
