Lovely nose of apricots. The salinity on this is awesome; like an ocean breeze. Lots of minerality, think crushed oyster shells. Hints of tropical white fruits up front, along with some grassy notes. Finished with a burst of white grapefruit giving a very clean and refreshing finish.

Fresh and citrusy on the nose, with hints of orange blossom. Nice minerality. Very well balanced wine.
