Top Notes For
Matt

Perfumed with ripe yellow pear and apple notes, lemon, grilled apricots, apple and acacia blossoms, lees. Zesty, mineral, and very saline on the palate. Upfront and distinguished with its almost sponti funkiness and energetic texture. I think the Extra Brut dosage is correct, keeping its ripe fruit and barrel upbringing focused and in check. 60 PN 40 CH, 2012 + 30% 2010/2011, 3/2018 Disgorgement.

Deg. 2016 - $50
Unbelievably integrated, delicious champagne. Bruised tree fruit and ripe lemon. Intense acidity and mineral and a taut bitterness that might be a bit on the metallic side. A hint of brine, smoke, and some baked squash. Buy this!
