Shared a bottle after an long drive. Found it very palatable and it warmed us quickly. Felt it a little in the morning but not too badly.

2017 Vintage. I’ve been searching lately for less expensive wines that aren’t so full of mega-purple (and who knows what else) that you can’t even see through them. This bottle fills the bill! Light and decent acidity, not too much ABV. Very drinkable with every day meals like roast chicken or pasta

Raspberry is prevalent in the nose and at the front plum following with a mild spice finish. Definitely fruit forward and off dry/semi sweet. Pairs well with prosciutto, beef, and port salut.
