I totally do not like oaky Chards. This is no exception but is less nasty than I feared. It has the freshly cut oak log taste but not so intense that it overwhelms. It also has some butteriness but enough to make you think it should be spread on a muffin. Decent balance of residual sugar and acid. Not my thing, but did not markedly diminish after being open (refrigerated) for about two weeks. The fact that it lasted that long says what you need to know.

Dec 11th, 2019Better on day two, the off putting sour element on the palate is gone and the wine comes around well. Not worth the 25 euro's.

Nov 3rd, 2018Nice, fruity flavor, but a bit watered down. I'd drink it again, but wouldn't buy it again.
