This Cabernet was the star of the show when I tasted at Franciscan! It has a lot of structure while still being delicate. Very smooth despite medium plus tannins. On the nose, eucalyptus, cherry, tobacco smoke. On the palate, chewy, cherry, blackberry, oak, silky, and a mocha finish.
