Very true to type chenin blanc with spicy mineral smell, excellent balance. Great tension in the taste. #loveit

Very floral with a minerality I love in Chenin Blanc. Not overtly sweet and very balanced. Terrific with crab cakes

Minerality on point. If you like this style of Chenin, then you will not be disappointed.

Pale gold. Somewhat reserved on the nose with aromas of lemon curd, honeysuckle and white peach. Medium plus body. Medium plus acidity. Medium alcohol. Lemon, custard, a hint of green apple, and a very faint hint of pineapple and honey....but dry. Long finish. Fantastic with blue cheese.

I love Chidaine and decade-old chenin but this one is a little flat, flabby

Holiday Chenin from the Montlouis master! Rich yet nimble and focused. Pours a medium (-) gold hue. Concentrated nose of waxy wooly lanolin, smoky chalk minerality, sweet honeysuckle and white flowers, lightly bruised Anjou pear and yellow apple, and an underlying muddled grapefruit and mint freshness. Palate mostly confirms the nose but more focused towards the fresh, mineral elements. Dry; screaming acid with medium body and luscious texture, with just a touch of phenolic bitterness. Crazy good. Good to open now if you've got one but you could honestly keep it put away for a few more years as well. Definitely needs some air, it picks up a nice honeyed aspect once it has some time to breathe.
