This is a review for Jean Francois Ecot’s Vin de Pays Viognier, the fruits of which sourced from Languedoc. Exotic and sweet spices (cumin, cinnamon, turmeric) and lifted stone fruits overflow the glass. Low acidity and light bodied, yet creamy, rich, and delicious. No perceptible phenolics bitterness. Biodynamic.
