Calcaire Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Gorgeous wine. Lemon, yellow apple, hint of pineapple, ripe yellow grapefruit. Nice malic acidity, medium viscosity. Beautiful.

Lemon skin and melon on the nose. Crisp sav blanc citrus balanced with gentle minerality with a long bright finish. Lovely with a veggie tagine and Israeli couscous.

Nice and easy, very mineral and fun to drink. Chalk is super evident

Big poblano pepper and black currant leaf nose, mineral and acid driven. Yum yum

Lemon with a touch of white pepper and wet stone. Bracing acidity with a very nice mouthfeel.
