Brut Cidre
Flavors of bruised apple/apple skin and a slight Brett edge on the finish. I liked it better with food than on its own.

Jul 31st, 2019A decent value at $13. Aromatic green apple skins dominate. It’s no Eric Bordelet, but it’s good enough for a simple family meal. We ate it with clam linguine and found a multiplicative effect with tarragon and pesto. If I had to cook the meal over again, I’d ditch the tarragon and pesto and add a little butter and lemon instead. The cheese helped.

May 25th, 2017When you have Breton-style crepes, drink this. Or if you just want it to feel like fall. Just enough musty earthiness to stop this from being juice.
