Suprisingly energetic and lengthy, even though it was obviously aged. Poured out with a bright, medium gold shade. On the nose, it had notes of honey, lemon custard, peach, green apple, smoke, ginger, and hints of chamomile and petrol. The palate was textured and voluminous, with a surprising amount of acidity. The finish was herbaceous and honeyed, with some stoney elements. A very decent experience.
