scent is cherry, plum, semi intense. very strong sour fruit taste on sip, the finish leaves a bit to be desired. better after aerating. UPDATE: after drinking more of this wine, it honestly tastes like sherry or a cheap port. not good for drinking, but would be good for cooking

Rich on the nose, cherry and tannins.
Sour taste, dusty, medium finish.
Deep color.
Flavor dulls/flattens as you drink.
After aeration: softer, more palatable,
You get what you pay for, would be an excellent cooking wine.
